What is the Flexible Learning Classroom?

Faculty can reserve the Flexible Learning Classroom for instruction. The Flexible Learning Classroom is a highly flexible and technology-accessible instructional space within Library.

The Flexible Learning Space promotes collaborative work. The FLS has moveable modular furniture with electrical outlets and USB ports and moveable whiteboards to facilitate collaborative teamwork.

The whiteboards may also function as dividers to allow the space to be reconfigured for small or large groups as needed. Mobile computers on wheels (laptop cart), mobile and flexible grouping tables, and available laptops create a flexible instructional space

What is the Reserved Computer Lab?

The Reserved Computer Lab can be reserved by faculty or staff for classroom instruction that requires computer access. Located within the Library, this lab supports technology-enhanced teaching and learning.

With 36 desktop computers and printing available, the lab allows faculty to integrate technology into their teaching while maintaining a focused and controlled classroom setting. Reservations are required and limited to academic use by faculty and staff.
