    Acceptable Use Policy

    Current GC students, faculty, and staff can access the GC Library's licensed online resources on and off campus. To access these resources, log in with your GC email and password. Further details can be found below.

    Sign-in Tips:

    • Using auto-fill or a password manager to log in can be problematic.
    • You may trigger a lockout that can last up to 30 minutes. Multiple attempts during this time will reset the lockout timer. Please refrain from repeated login attempts if you have trouble logging in.

    • Renew books and other library materials you have checked out

    • Update personal information
    • Change your library account password (not your Whitecaps Portal Password)

    • Academic journal articles
    • Newspaper articles 
    • Books and eBooks
    • Films and videos

    IT Helpdesk

    Get help with Whitecaps Portal, Printing/PaperCut, email access, or your GC ID account (change or reset your password).
